Employer-Specific Work Permit
An Employer-Specific Work Permit specifies certain terms of your stay in Canada as a worker include:

Open Work Permit
An open work allows the individual to work for ANY employer in Canada.
Exceptions include:

an employer that is on the list of ineligible employers who have failed to comply with conditions

the industry of erotic work ( dance, services, massages).

You are a student who graduated from DIL & want to apply to the PGWP ( post graduation work permit

applied for Permanent Residence in Canada

a temporary permit holder

are a refugee, refugee claimant, protected person or their family member

are an under an enforceable removal order

are a young worker participating in special programs

are a dependent family member of someone who applied for permanent residence

are the spouse or common-law partner of a skilled worker or international student

are the spouse or common-law partner of an applicant of the Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program
