Federal Skilled Worker Program

This program allows foreign works to immigrate into Canada permanently.

Requirements:

Skilled Work Experience. You've worked in one of NOC  job groups

• Managerial

• Professional

• Technical Job & Skilled Trades

Language:

• It is required to take a language test in English or French. The evaluation will cover: writing, reading, speaking & listening.

• You are required get a minimum score  of Canadian Language Benchmark

Education:

• If you have a foreign education you will have:

  • to complete an Educational Credential​

  • Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) from a designation institution completing a secondary institution or post secondary institution education

Proof of Funds:

• Share proof that you have enough money to settle in Canada. Unless you have a valid job offer from a Canadian employer or are ably to legally work in Canada.

Federal Skilled Trade Program

Language:

• It is required to take a language test in English or French. The evaluation will cover: writing, reading, speaking & listening.

• You are required get a minimum score  of Canadian Language Benchmark

Work Experience

• 2 years of full time work experience in a skilled trade within 5 years before applying.

• Work experience is paid

• Meet the job requirements for that skilled trade as set out in the National Occupational Classification, except for needing a certificate of qualification

Job Offer

• valid job offer with full time employment for at least a year

• certificate of qualification in that skilled trade issued by a Canadian provincial, territorial or federal authority

Canadian Experience Class

It is required to take a language test in English or French. The evaluation will cover: writing, reading, speaking & listening.

• Have at least 1 year of skilled work experience in Canada, in the last 3 years before you apply

• Have gained your work experience by working in Canada while under temporary resident status with authorization to work
